The material

What is TrueSil®?

TrueSil is real, industrial-grade silicone, not a silicone-like substitute. We print it directly from your CAD data in Shore hardnesses from 20A to 60A. It's biocompatible (ISO 10993) and temperature-resistant from −55 to 200 °C, with properties comparable to moulded silicone, but without tooling costs or the weeks a mould takes.

In your account here. Create your account once, using the same email address as in the previous shop, and confirm it with the code we email you. On your dashboard choose Bring them across: your earlier orders, files and invoices then appear under Previous orders.

Do I need a new password?

You need one new account here, with a password of your choice — accounts from the previous shop were not carried over. If you forget the password, you can sign in with a code we email you instead. Already created your account? Sign in.

I used a different email address before

Write to support@spectroplast.com with the address you ordered with and the one you use now. We move your earlier orders across for you.

Can I order a part from the previous shop again?

Yes. Open the order under Previous orders and choose Order this again next to the part. It is set up at today’s prices, so the price can differ from last time. You can also download the file again.

I have an open order in the previous shop

It is completed as agreed. You can follow it in the previous shop at legacy.shop.spectroplast.com until 31 October 2026. New orders go through this shop. Questions about an open order: support@spectroplast.com.
